Keeping It Simple - Creating Calm

First using my stamping platform I stamped the Seahorse stamp from the Create Your Calm stamp set in Spectrum Noir Waterproof Ink – Pebble.

Leaving my paper in place I reinked my stamp using Craft Artist Gold Fusion Ink – Dragonfruit, lightly spritzing over the stamp with water then stamping over the top of my image.

Using a small Memento Dew Drop Ink pad – Summer Sky, I really lightly smudged around the Seahorse.

I then laid my FIBRES stencil over the top and blended Craft Artist Gold Fusion Ink – Azure with Craft Artist Pearl Fusion Ink – Spearmint.

I removed the stencil and spritzed a little water into my hands, clapping them together over the stencilling to give a mottled watery effect.

Using the ovals and circles stamp from The Create Your Calm stamp with the Spearmint and also some sunlight yellow ink I randomly stamped around the Seahorse to add texture to the image.

To finish, I stamped the Create Your Calm sentiment with Versafine Clair Ink – Twilight, I roughed around the cardstock using scissors and matted onto navy cardstock.
