You Are Amazing Card

Mother’s Day falls on different dates around the world – in the UK the 30th of March, the US mothers are celebrated on the 11th of May, and the Swedish mums are given some extra love on the 25th of May.

My card was made with the new stamp set Blocked Up and the new stencil Windows together with sentiments from Bold Enough.

I used Distress Oxides (Peacock Feathers, Bundled Sage, and Mowed Lawn) and the stencil for the background and then glued the background onto black cardstock.

I stamped the sentiments and block frames with Memento ink (Tuxedo black) on white Neenah cardstock and then cut them out after giving them some colour with my Ohuhu markers.

The blocks with the sentiment were attached with 3D foam squares.

I glued everything onto the blank card. A perfect card to give to an amazing mother.
